Campaigns

Each campaign gets a WhatsApp link with a prefilled first message and a downloadable QR code. The source tag registers automatically, so attribution can never drift from the printed QR.

Quiz results queue

Quiz submissions whose phone number matched no prospect, or matched more than one. Link to an existing prospect, create a new one, or dismiss.

Sales rotation

New enquiries assign in alphabetical order to staff flagged as a salesperson: the next person after whoever was most recently assigned by the rotation. A manual reassignment never moves this queue. A CRM manager can force who is up next with "Make up next" below; once that person is assigned by the rotation, it continues alphabetically from them as usual. Whoever is assigned, by rotation or by hand, is notified immediately: this ping is not a nudge and always fires, even with nudges off in the Nudges tab.

B2B rotation

Cards entering a B2B handoff stage assign in alphabetical order to staff flagged as Staff - B2B: the next person after whoever was most recently assigned by this rotation. This rotation has no manual override; only the Sales rotation above can be manually set.

Nudges

Follow-up reminders, separate from the assignment ping in the Assignment tab: an assigned enquiry with no first reply escalates to CRM managers, and a prospect that has gone quiet nudges its owner. If the owner still has not messaged after the quiet nudge, managers are alerted, then alerted again on the same interval until the owner messages or the prospect closes. Off by default.

Stages

Click a stage to rename it, change its color, reorder the board columns, mark it Terminal, set it as the default entry stage for new enquiries, set it as the first-reply target, or archive it. A stage used by the app itself (nudges, analytics, the lost-reason flow) shows Archive disabled in its settings, with an explanation why; it can still be renamed and recolored. Archiving any other stage requires moving its prospects to another stage first, so nothing is ever orphaned.

Permissions

Per-role toggles for four CRM abilities: moving a customer between stages, changing a customer's owner, writing notes, and seeing every customer across all stages (off shows only your own). CRM managers and superadmins always have all four, regardless of these toggles.

CRM Managers

Users with the CRM Manager flag can manage these settings. Only superadmins can assign managers.
